Maruti Suzuki Baleno

Maruti Suzuki introduced the Baleno in India in 2015 after Maruti Suzuki Swift. Then the Balaji facelift was launched again in India on 28 January 2019.

Specifications and Engine parts
It has a 1.2-liter petrol engine that produces 83PS and 113Nm and is coupled to either a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT. A 1.2-liter Dualjet petrol engine with mild-hybrid technology (90PS/113Nm) is also available, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The petrol-manual models are said to get 21.01 km/l, while the CVT variants get 19.56 km/l. The mild-hybrid powertrain, on the other hand, is touted to have a fuel economy of 23.87kmpl.

Exterior design
A revised front bumper, LED headlights, new fog lights, new alloy wheels, and LED taillights are among the exterior features of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno.

Interior design & Features
The Maruti Suzuki Baleno features a black and blue interior theme, a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Maruti's SmartPlay Studio app, UV cut glass, steering-mounted controls, engine start-stop button, automatic climate control, and a height-adjustable driver seat on the inside.
Dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, Isofix child seat anchoring points, seat belts with pretensioners and load limiters, a speed alert system, and a seat-belt reminder system are included as well.

Safety
Rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child seat anchors, and dual front airbags are all standard safety equipment.

Rivals
The Toyota Glanza, Volkswagen Polo, Honda Jazz, Hyundai i20, Tata Altroz, and Citroen C3 are also competitors. Its gasoline-hybrid form has no direct competitors.
