Hyundai Elantra

Hyundai launched the Elantra facelift in India in October 2019.

Engine and Transmission

A 2.0-litre petrol engine (152 PS/192 Nm) paired to a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox powers the Hyundai Elantra. The diesel Elantra is powered by the 1.5-litre engine from the second-generation Hyundai Creta (115PS/250 Nm) and has the same gearbox options as the petrol Elantra.

Exterior design 
The distinctive cascading grille, LED headlights with LED DRLs, revised front and rear bumpers, triangular-shaped fog lights, and modified wrap-around LED taillights are among the exterior features of the Hyundai Elantra facelift.

Interior design
The Hyundai Elantra's interior has an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an electric sunroof, cruise control, wireless charging, dual-zone temperature control, a cooled glovebox, BlueLink connection, and ventilated front seats, among other features.

Safety
Six airbags, electronic stability control, and front and rear parking sensors are among Hyundai Elantra's safety features.

Rivals
The Hyundai Elantra competes with the Honda Civic and the impending new-generation Skoda Octavia.
